EXM1 Workspace & Stove Drawer
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
At a height of only 9” tall, the EXM series of products is our most compact and versatile yet. The EXM1 provides the essential storage and workspaces necessary to cook. Pull out the slides to access your kitchen in seconds. Includes a prep surface, stove shelf, cookware storage, and large storage drawer for holding a stove and other essentials. Heavy duty locking slides lock the stove and workspace securely open and closed.

Storage efficiency:
The 100% metal construction is thinner for the same strength than other materials. This means less space is used by the cabinet structure, and more space is available for your stuff.
Easy Access:
Avoid taking everything out of your cargo space in order to set up your kitchen. Items stored on top of this unit can remain in place as you access the drawers and counter space to prep your meal.
Field Maintainable:
The Overland Kitchen is field maintainable using a small complement of tools, and the metal frame is easily drilled to be used as a platform adding DIY accessories.
MATERIALS
Cabinets are made of ASTM A1008 cold rolled carbon steel, the same material used in automotive body panels, and finished with a durable textured powder coat paint.
Work surface counter is made of #304 food-grade stainless steel, the same material used in commercial kitchens, and that SpaceX uses in the construction of their new fleet of Starships.
Cutting board is Richlite which is NSF food grade and stain, scratch, and heat resistant.
Assembled using stainless steel screws, washers, nuts, and rivets.

Cutting Board
Made in the United States of a premium material called Richlite, this NSF approved cutting board is made of multiple layers of recycled paper that are soaked in resin, then molded and baked into shape in a heated form or press. Used in aerospace, commercial kitchens, and building architectural components, this material is significantly more durable than wood and is thinner for the same strength due to hits high density.
Cutting board is 1/2” thick. Rated to 350 degrees F.
Cookware Storage
Store items securely inside a 5” deep storage basin next to the counter.
Storage area is 3.6″ x 15.25″ x 7.8″ deep
Stove Drawer
The stove counter and storage drawer extends out from under the work surface. The 1.9” wind guard protects the flame on gas cooktops and holds items from falling off the sides or back of the counter. The low-profile GSI Pinnacle Pro 2 Burner Stove fits on top of the counter when stowed. It will also accommodate common expedition stoves to be stored inside the drawer such as:
