Kitchen Work Surface

Prepare food directly on the #304 food-grade stainless steel work surface.

Cutting Board

The stove drawer counter top / cutting boards are 1/2” thick. Rated to 350 degrees F.

Made in the United States of a premium material called Richlite, this NSF approved cutting board is made of multiple layers of recycled paper that are soaked in resin, then molded and baked into shape in a heated form or press. Used in aerospace, commercial kitchens, and building architectural components, this material is significantly more durable than wood and is thinner for the same strength due to hits high density.

Stove Counter

The stove counter and storage drawer extends out from under the work surface. The 1.9” wind guard protects the flame on gas cooktops and holds items from falling off the sides or back of the counter. The low-profile GSI Pinnacle Pro 2 Burner Stove fits on top of the counter when stowed. It will also accommodate common expedition stoves to be stored inside the drawer such as:

Multi-function workspaceS

Both the stove drawer and main storage drawer feature reconfigurable countertops. Remove the countertop / cutting boards for maximum storage, use them as a prep surface, or swap in the optional stove or sink.

• The raised sides provide a wind break for stoves and keeps items from being pushed off the sides of the work surface

• A notch provides an ability to route propane hoses into and out of the storage drawer
