PRODUCT OVERVIEW
At a height of 9” tall, the EXM series of products is our most compact and versatile yet. The EXM1+2 includes both the Stove & Workspace unit and the Storage Drawer. Pull out the drawers to access a complete kitchen in seconds. Includes a prep surface, stove counter/storage drawer, cookware storage, and a large storage drawer. The units may be bolted together stacked or side-by-side.
MOLLE panels on the cabinets provide a surface to attach pouches. Multiple strap slots and bolt hole patterns provide a variety of flexible installation methods to secure the cabinets to your vehicle.

Storage efficiency:
The 100% metal construction is thinner for the same strength than other materials. This means less space is used by the cabinet structure, and more space is available for your stuff.
Easy Access:
Avoid taking everything out of your cargo space in order to set up your kitchen. Items stored on top of the cabinets can remain in place as you access the drawers and counter space to prep your meal.
Field Maintainable:
The Overland Kitchen is field maintainable using a small complement of tools, and the metal frame is easily drilled to be used as a platform adding DIY accessories.
MATERIALS
Cabinets are made of ASTM A1008 cold rolled carbon steel, the same material used in automotive body panels, and finished with a durable textured powder coat paint.
Main counter is make out of #304 food-grade stainless steel, the same material used in commercial kitchens, and that SpaceX uses in the construction of their new fleet of Starships.
Cutting boards are Richlite which is stain, scratch, heat resistant. We chose this NSF approved composite because its harder than wood and excellent at resisting bacterial growth.
Assembled using stainless steel screws, washers, nuts, and rivets.
This is the EXM1 and EXM2 modules bolted together.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Drop-in cooktop for the Overland Kitchen Workspace and Stove Drawer. Turns your stove storage drawer into a premium stainless two-burner cooktop. A propane hose with a regulator conveniently stores inside the stove drawer and connects to an external propane tank (not included).
This stove is designed for the marine community where propane safety is paramount as propane sinks to the lowest point. This stove features dual-thermocouple gas cutoffs that prevent gas from leaking when the flame is out. The battery powered pushbutton ignition makes lighting quick and predictable.
KEY FEATURES
The two-burner, flush-mount cooktop has its roots in the boating industry and is made in France by Eno.
Push-button ignition powered by AA battery.
Polished stainless-steel construction with thermocouple gas shut off and electronic ignition for onboard safety.
Includes a built-in propane regulator hose so no need to purchase additional accessories aside from your tank.
The EXM1’s rigid wind guard protects the flame and features a notch to route the propane cable to an external tank.
Retains 5” of storage under the counter for 1lb propane bottles, cookware, etc

A blank single piece countertop for the EXM series of cabinets. Made in the USA of 1/2” thick Richlite. Cut your own hole and drop in a countertop appliance of your choosing.
Choose either the EXM1 or EXM2 counter:
EXM1: 22.6” x 13.3” x .25” with 5” of space under the countertop
EXM2: 27.6” x 14.9” x .25” with 5.5” of space under the countertop
Both the EXM1 and EXM2 drawers feature cooling slots for countertop stoves.

This rugged fridge tray features a workspace, sink, and storage. Clean as you go, or store dirty cookware while traveling between destinations. When you are done, spray the entire drawer out and wipe down the removable base.
Perfectly fits the GSI Pinnacle Pro 2 Burner Stove inside the storage drawer along with the collapsable sink.
